DO NOT STAY HERE (ESPECIALLY GROUPS OF WOMEN) - YOU WILL REGRET IT! - DANGEROUS! READ REVIEW

Nothing was good about this apartment

This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. There were no good points about this property, and I strongly advise others—especially groups of women—to avoid it. 1. Dangerous and unpleasant location: The apartment is situated in a very sketchy area of Lisbon, surrounded by homeless people, prostitution, and open drug use. It’s located down a dirty alley full of rats and people loitering. We were approached multiple times coming and going, and on our first day we were threatened simply for taking a short video of the area. It did not feel safe at all, particularly for women. 2. Unhygienic facilities: When we arrived, the toilet was completely clogged and wasn’t fixed for two days—out of a three-night stay. As a result, the entire apartment smelled of human waste. 3. Broken amenities: The Wi-Fi barely worked, dropping out constantly, and the air conditioning blew out visible dust or smoke, so we couldn’t use it. This made it unbearably hot at night. 4. Poor bedding and cleanliness: There were three of us staying and three beds, yet only two duvets were provided. When we asked for the third, the hosts told us the cleaner forgot and instructed us to fetch it ourselves from the storage room. The bed sheets were also dirty, and both my friend and I left with spots and bites on our backs, likely from bed bugs. 5. Disturbance from staff: The cleaner arrived very early each morning (around 7–8am) and would speak loudly on the phone right next to our room, waking us up every day. When we raised all these issues, the hosts only offered €30 in compensation—a joke considering we paid £300 for three nights. Overall, this property is unsafe, unclean, and completely misrepresented online. I do not recommend staying here under any circumstances. Frankly, I believe Booking.com should remove this listing entirely for the safety of future guests.

Quality vs price not worthy

Lery close to the metro station but the entrance is throu a very obscure alee full of rats

The appartments has NO natural light ( which is not mentioned in the descriiption of the location), no windows. The garden is in fact a small balcony without cover. The neighbords from upstairs thrown cigarettes in it.
