Le Terre di Marciano sits on a gentle hill in the beautiful Italian countryside, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and fruit trees. This beautifully restored farmhouse is ideally situated within easy reach of the mountains and sandy beaches. This distinctive property offers luxury and comfort to its guests, who will enjoy 360° views of the mountains, the Adriatic Sea, and numerous hilltop towns. The Space
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table that comfortably seats 8 people. It features a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, food processors, and a wide selection of cooking utensils. The kitchen opens onto a dining room with large sliding windows that provide direct access to the garden. The kitchen is open to the living room, which in turn leads to a hallway where you’ll find the second entrance and a bathroom with a shower. A spacious covered patio, accessible from the kitchen and dining room, is the perfect spot for al fresco dining while enjoying a bottle of local Montepulciano and watching the magnificent sunset over the mountains.
A very comfortable staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower and bidet. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. One of the bedrooms also features a wonderful panoramic terrace. The hallway leads to a spacious terrace with breathtaking views.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is also a pellet stove in the kitchen for our winter guests, in addition to the central heating.
