About this house rental

Enjoy all the comforts of home in the heart of Terrace Heights within walking distance of the Country Club Golf Course. This 1940’s farm house has a unique charm with an open kitchen concept and beautiful granite countertops. Amenities includes central air, heating , WiFi and Smart TV’s. And an indoor wood fireplace. Whatever your reason for visiting Yakima we welcome you! Come and gather with family or friends. This three bedroom two full bath home includes a laundry room, private back patio for bbq and a pit fire! beautiful grassy outdoor area to enjoy the magnificent vineyard view of Mt. Adam’s, union gap and downtown . This location is within minutes of the freeway access, The convention center, local breweries such as Bale Breaker and The public house. Provisions restaurant and many more local business and shopping.

This was a perfect house for us. Ryan was a very responsive host! My husband and I really appreciate him. The pop corn machine was a “hit” for all. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you
