About this villa rental
Located 2 hours north of Lyon, Villa de la Coque is the perfect place to celebrate special occasions: birthdays, bachelor parties, or family gatherings. It’s the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: an extraordinary garden with a terrace, a fire pit, and a beautiful 8m x 4m pool! But it also features a dining room for 30 people and a game room with a foosball table, pool table, and poker table—where you can dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers!

Totally smitten with the terrace—perfect for a super chill afternoon! We’ll kick things off with a nice aperitif. Then we’ll relax and let it all sink in while lounging on the deck chairs or in the shade of the many trees that make up this lovely garden! Then the fun really gets going: games around the pool and beer pong to kick off the evening’s warm-up!

• Outdoor activities: Basketball, Petanque, Ping-Pong, Molkky
• Indoor activities: Pool, Foosball, Video games, board games
• Team BBQ or Team Raclette? No need to choose a side anymore! You can do both!

• One single bed per guest: no one will end up on the couch!
• Plenty of bathrooms: no shower wars here!
• Towels, bedding, dishes, kitchen utensils… Plus soap, shower gel, and shampoo! Everything is provided!

• Order a curbside pickup from the nearest supermarket, and we’ll take care of picking it up and stocking the fridge with the items you’ve chosen!*
• That big end-of-stay cleaning? We’ve got it covered! The only thing we’ll ask of you is to throw away your trash at the end of your stay in the appropriate bins we’ll point out to you.

• The villa price includes 16 people. Starting with the 17th person, a supplement of 30 euros per person per night applies: just enter the correct number of guests when booking—it’s calculated automatically ;)

🔊Aperitif, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances
Since the nearest neighbors are 300 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume inside the house as long as the doors and windows are properly closed! Outside, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb the neighbors.
