Vacation Rental in the Heart of Assisi – Historic Center

A cozy 45-square-meter apartment located in the charming historic center of Assisi, inside an ancient Roman aqueduct. The apartment is located on flat ground, just 200 meters from the parking lot and public transportation stop, both easily accessible on foot. The Basilica of Saint Clare and Piazza del Comune are a short distance away, as is the Sanctuary of the Spoliation (Carlo Acutis).

Convent of San Damiano – Where St. Francis received the message from the Crucifix and where St. Clare lived.

Scenic trails: Well-marked trails suitable for all skill levels, from beginner walkers to experienced hikers. Among the best known is the Sentiero di Francesco, which follows in the footsteps of the Saint of Assisi.

Flora and fauna: The park is home to forests of holm oaks, oaks, and beeches, as well as a rich variety of wildlife, including foxes, porcupines, and numerous bird species.

Historical and spiritual sites: The Eremo delle Carceri, ancient mills, rural churches, and archaeological ruins along the route.

Spectacular views: From the summit of Mount Subasio (1,290 m), you can enjoy a 360° view of all of Umbria.
