Our property is a beautiful and unique retreat featuring a stunning vineyard and breathtaking views of Lake Ontario. It is an ideal destination for family gatherings and getaways with friends, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting.

Please note that our property has a maximum occupancy of 10 registered overnight guests and a maximum of 6 vehicles. Additional visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. The number of guests and vehicles must not exceed these limits.

These restrictions are in place to help preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and the peaceful environment that our guests value.

By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks connected with activity by and/or in the lake and on the property. You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the co-hosts, or the owners of the home.

This message and your booking with us releases the owners from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.

You acknowledge the risk involved with activities by and/or in the lake and on the property including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury.

Please note: Outdoor activity is permitted only within the designated areas of the property. Access beyond the property boundaries, including entry into the vineyard, is strictly prohibited.

Kindly note pets of any kind are not permitted due to personal health issues which severely affect the Hosts family. We appreciate your respect and understanding of this request.

No extra overnight guests allowed.
