RAFAEL KAISER - Signature Apartments City Centre

The apartment had everything we could possibly need and felt just like home. It was spotlessly clean, and the location was very central, within easy walking distance of the metro station. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it!

We were informed on booking that the block of apartments was still being completed (the entrance and gym were not finished), but that our apartment was unaffected and that we had the right to cancel if we weren't happy with this. We were hesitant to proceed but did. I am certainly glad we did even with the issues encountered on arrival and the apartment not being in fully finished condition (mentioned below). This was thanks to the response of the Management Team and Rafael himself. Being in an entirely new space, which has been beautifully and thoughtfully designed by Rafael (in modern, sophisticated neutral tones, with ambient lighting) is a privilege. You got the "wow factor" even on walking into the interior door from the lift and on first entry. The apartment is spacious for two and has everything you need if you plan largely to eat out (although it was very possible to prepare a simple meal in, with what was provided). The bed was incredibly comfortable and I have never enjoyed a rain shower like this one! Various settings which blew you away every time you used it! Dreamy! The finishes are high end and it was lovely to have Rituals toiletries as standard. The apartments are in walking distance of all main attractions and there is also a metro a four minute walk away. You are close to numerous restaurants, coffee shops and small supermarkets all around. I could not fault the location. The Management Team are extremely helpful, friendly and responsive if you contact them via WhatsApp (which generated a much better response than through the Booking.com platform). They responded and dealt with the issues we raised as a priority and could not have done more to make sure we had all we needed for a great stay in the end. Rafael himself was at the property within a very short time of becoming aware of the issues and apologising for what had happened. They stive to put the guest first!

The issues which we encountered on arrival (which were remedied (where possible) the same day and compensated): Unfinished entrance with construction works (although nothing heard when in the apartment), a light not properly fixed, safety covers not removed on fire alarms, no towel hooks fitted or drying rack for clothes, slight damage to light switch, bedroom TV missing, missing bathroom door (which was notified in advance however due to a delay in delivery). Also, the communal laundrette and tea-making area were very basic and unfinished at the point we stayed. We did not see any evidence of the gym so unable to comment. We cannot thank the team enough for all the help with making our stay enjoyable (despite the above) and we hope we are lucky enough to stay again when its all complete!

Beautiful apartment in the center of the city close to the airport bus stop. Easy walk to all places, The apartment was luxurious and decorated very well. It was clean and had 2 bathrooms which was a big bonus for a 1 bedroom apartment and for the 4 of us. Would highly recommend and will stay here if I visit again.

Nothing.

Lovely apartment in a great spot in the heart of Vienna. Big space, comfortable beds, amazing shower and separate toilet. Easy to access and find and very quiet at night despite being in the heart of town. Loved this apartment and would stay here again!

Lots of renovations happening in the building but it didn’t really affect us. The smell from the bins downstairs isn’t great but the apartment is great.
