Our apartments at "Annie's Bergwelt—Your Home in the Bavarian Forest" offer the perfect retreat for vacationers who appreciate both modern amenities and the traditional charm of the region. With a beautiful view of the unspoiled nature of the Bavarian Forest, the apartments provide a harmonious place to relax and unwind. Each apartment features at least 60 m² of spacious living area and includes an inviting living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable sleeping areas with king-size double beds, and a cozy sleeper sofa. A modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and toilet provides additional comfort. The spacious terrace invites you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and take in the breathtaking natural scenery. The price of the apartment includes access to our “Nackedei” sauna oasis, which guarantees relaxation and rejuvenation after an active day outdoors. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a built-in closet, and a panoramic window offering a spectacular view of the mountains. The spacious living and sleeping area includes a sleeper sofa and another panoramic window, also with a magnificent mountain view. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. It also features a coat rack, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. For even more relaxation, the bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a bathtub.Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV with radio, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with oven function, ceramic cooktop, and kitchen accessories such as dishes and pots. A large solid-wood table and a coffee maker offer additional comfort. Wi-Fi, a safe, underfloor heating, and a free parking space ensure a pleasant stay. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys are accessed via a numeric code, which you will receive well in advance of your arrival. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of 20.00 EUR per day/night. If your dog is left alone in the room, please hang the provided dog sign on the room door. Please also note, however, that room cleaning may not be provided. The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on site. Additional fees: Towel and linens service in the apartments: 5.00 EUR per day; welcome sparkling wine (15.00 EUR); bread roll service: 4.00 EUR per day. Included services: Use of the “Nackedei” sauna area during opening hours, free Wi-Fi, free parking, free bicycle parking, ski storage room, electric vehicle charging station (available 24 hours a day). A deposit of 25% of your booking total is due within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
