Our apartments at "Annie's Bergwelt—Your Home in the Bavarian Forest" offer the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. With a perfect blend of modern design and traditional charm, they offer not only a cozy atmosphere but also breathtaking views of the unspoiled nature of the Bavarian Forest. Each apartment features at least 70 m² of living space and is equipped with spacious living and sleeping areas. A particularly unique feature is the spiral staircase leading to an upper sleeping area, which adds a special touch. The large balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh air and the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Two sleeping areas with comfortable king-size double beds and a cozy sleeper sofa ensure restful nights. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower and a sink, while a separate toilet provides additional comfort. A stylish detail is the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom, which lends the apartment a special atmosphere.The apartment also includes numerous amenities, such as a flat-screen TV with radio, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with baking function, and a ceramic cooktop. A large solid-wood table and a coffee maker provide additional comfort. Wi-Fi, a safe, underfloor heating, and a free parking space are also available. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys are accessed via a numeric code, which you will receive well in advance of your arrival. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of 20.00 EUR per day/night. If your dog is left alone in the room, please hang the provided dog sign on the room door. Please also note, however, that room cleaning may not be provided. The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on site. Additional fees: Towel and linens service in the apartments: 5.00 EUR per day; welcome sparkling wine (15.00 EUR); bread roll service: 4.00 EUR per day. Included services: Use of the “Nackedei” sauna area during opening hours, free Wi-Fi, free parking, free bike storage, ski room, electric car charging station (available 24 hours a day). Are you celebrating a special occasion with us? Let us know, and we’ll decorate your accommodations upon request. A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is due within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
