Mieszkanie w porządku, budynek już mniej

Mieszkanie jest ładne, czyste i przyjemnie urządzone. Znajduje się w starej, mającej swój klimat kamienicy, w dzielnicy dość daleko od centrum. Komunikacja miejska jest jednak dobra, więc z dojazdem do centrum nie ma większego problemu.

Trzeba natomiast liczyć się ze specyfiką budynku. Apartament znajduje się na drugim piętrze, a schody są naprawdę strome. Z walizkami jest to dość męcząca wspinaczka, a dla osób z problemami z kolanami lub poruszaniem się może być to spory problem. W podwórzu znajduje się wprawdzie dobudowana winda, ale drugiego dnia naszego pobytu się zepsuła i nie została naprawiona do końca pobytu. Co więcej, już wcześniej jej działanie nie było szczególnie komfortowe – podczas jazdy wyraźnie się trzęsła zarówno przy wjeżdżaniu, jak i zjeżdżaniu. Warto więc mieć na uwadze, że winda niekoniecznie będzie pewną alternatywą dla schodów. Mieliśmy również problem z ekspresem do kawy, który nie działał prawidłowo.

Guter Ausgangspunkt die Stadt zu entdecken

Geräumige Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern! Die Einrichtung stilistisch in einem anderen Jahrzehnt gehalten, aber sehr sauber. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Bis zur S2 waren es max. 5 Min. Fußweg. Die Hinweise von Hr. Seethaler zur Anreise und weitere Details waren sehr hilfreich. Danke dafür.

Man findet sicher immer etwas, über dass man sich beschweren könnte. Muss aber nicht sein und hier unnötig.

Enttäuschend, denn die Wohnhung hätte viel mehr Potenzial….

-großes Apartment mit viel Platz -Betten bequem -nah zum Tram aber dennoch 25 min bis in die Innenstadt -in der Nähe von Einkaufsläden

Die Gastgeber waren extrem unfreundlich. Wir hatten auf der Hinfahrt eine Reifenpanne, welche dafür gesorgt hatte, das wir 2h zu spät ankamen. Dies hatten wir allerdings bereits während wir die Panne hatten dem Gastgeber mitgeteilt und uns mehrfach dafür entschuldigt, daraufhin behauptete er nur das wir uns dies ausdenken würden und alles nur eine Ausrede sei…….Des Weiteren hat er uns auf nicht gerade freundliche Art und Weise mitgeteilt, dass wir ja nicht schon 2 Wochen vor unserem Aufenthalt die genaue Ankunftszeit angegeben haben und uns mehr oder weniger zu verstehen gegeben, dass wenn wir 2 Wochen vorher die Ankunftszeit angegeben hätten, ja keine Autopanne gehabt hätten (als wäre eine Autopanne planbar😂). Sowas ist nicht planbar und selbst wenn, kann immer etwas Unerwartetes auf einer langen Autofahrt passieren, woraufhin man dann auf Verständnis hofft und keine Beschuldigungen erwartet. Der Empfang war genauso unfreundlich, indem man nach Hilfe zu der Parksituation gefragt hatte, aber darauf keine Hilfe zurück kam…. Wir hatten für den 3 Tägigen Aufenthalt für 4 Personen nur zwei Klopapier Rollen, sowie ein Spülmaschinen Tab und fast komplett leere Handseife, da gelassen bekommen, was ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich war. Die Heizung und die Einstellung dieser, hat absolut nicht funktioniert und es war jede Nacht extrem kalt. Abends war es teilweise für 1-2 Stunden warm jedoch nur kurz, da die Heizung vermutlich abgestellt wurde. Das Wlan war sehr langsam und hat in den Zimmer gar nicht funktioniert. (Ich habe von dem ganzen auch Screenshots, Booking.com erlaubt leider nicht diese hochzuladen)
