SCAM - PETTY THIEVES

UPDATE II: After almost two months (!!), the property now claims that “damage” is the reason my deposit has not been returned. They never communicated this to me directly—I only learned about it through their response to my Booking.com review. They have provided no explanation of the alleged damage, no supporting evidence, and no justification for withholding my deposit. The apartment was occupied again on the day I checked out. I also took numerous photos on arrival documenting damage that was already there. Given this, I seriously question the basis of their claim. Withholding a deposit for almost two months without communication, then mentioning unspecified damage in a public review response, is unacceptable. The lack of transparency has left me feeling misled and deeply frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to book elsewhere. UPDATE: it's October 9th, I've checked out more than a month ago and they didn't return the 300€ deposit. No justification given, they don't reply to my whatsapp messages and there is no other way to contact them. PETTY THIEVES!! Avoid them. I was required to pay a 300€ deposit, with the assurance that it would be returned within 14 business days of check-out. That deadline has passed, and I have still not received the refund. I have repeatedly tried to contact Travely through its chat, but I am no longer receiving any response, and there is no alternative way to get in touch with them. Booking.com is not helping either.
