The Linquenda Apartment House, built as an extension of the charming Villa Linquenda, offers you eight comfortable vacation apartments located just about 100 meters from the fine-sand beach and the inviting promenade. In the immediate vicinity—just about 300 meters away—you’ll find fresh breakfast rolls, a variety of dining options, numerous shopping opportunities, and Ahlbeck’s landmark: the historic pier. You can also explore Usedom’s well-developed cycling and hiking trails, which begin right outside your door. All apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and feature high-quality interiors. Warm terracotta tiles and harmonious decorative fabrics create a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, a parking space is reserved for each apartment. Please note that parking may be a bit tight for larger vehicles. Of course, Wi-Fi is also included. Enjoy your time on your balcony or terrace, where balcony furniture is provided.
Bicycle storage room No. 11 is also available to you free of charge and can accommodate up to 2 bicycles. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. The machines are conveniently operated via a coin slot.
Linquenda 11 - Sound of the Sea:
This bright and welcoming vacation apartment is located on the second floor of the new wing of Villa Linquenda. The 65-square-meter apartment is furnished to a high standard and can accommodate up to four people. It features a living area with a seating group and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an additional flat-screen TV, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Two balconies round out the apartment’s amenities.
A crib (without linens) and a high chair can be provided free of charge.
***The initial supply of consumables includes: 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags in all available trash cans, dish soap + 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge, dish towel, paper towels***
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
