Stayed during the Jazz Fest. It was actually excellent for what we needed! The pod itself was very clean and I didn't get claustrophobic at all; the bathrooms, hit or miss depending on when they cleaned it. Super nice staff! They loaned me a phone charger too. Would definitely stay again!

Very supportive staff, had a bad experience when a dude was on a call in the early morning.
The staff came in and resolved this efficiently.
