About this apartment rental
This tastefully furnished 3-room vacation apartment, measuring 65 m² and accommodating 2–3 people, is located on the mezzanine level of the building on the south side. A south-facing balcony sheltered from the wind and a spacious terrace offer views of the city forest.
The open-concept living area features a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player.
The integrated kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. A dining table and 4 chairs invite you to enjoy a cozy meal.
From the living room, you’ll pass through a small reading nook with a bookcase and an armchair to reach the bedroom, which features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet.
The other room is furnished with a 150-cm-wide sleeper sofa, a closet, and a desk.
The white bathroom, featuring a shower and a large sink, completes the apartment.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Pets are allowed in this vacation rental, but only small dogs.
Parking space No. 27 is available for you in the underground parking garage. The parking spaces are double-parking spaces. Please ensure that your car is no longer than 5.00 m, no wider than 1.90 m, and no taller than 1.50 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. The maximum allowable weight is 2000 kg. Roof racks, bike racks, car antennas, etc., must be removed before entering the garage.
Depending on availability, an outdoor parking space may be arranged in exceptional cases as an alternative to the underground parking space.
If these are already occupied, the only option would be to pay for parking in a municipal parking lot.
If the vehicle meets the dimensions of the original parking space in the underground garage upon arrival,
we will revoke the confirmation of the outdoor parking space.
Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s are only possible for a minimum of 6 nights.
During the peak season from June 26 to August 28, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Please note that during the peak season, you must either book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the nightly rate.

- Towel set per person: 12.35 EUR per stay
