This exclusive vacation rental is located in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea, a neighborhood of Timmendorfer Strand, in a beautiful, quiet setting just a few steps from the kilometer-long sandy beach and the newly redesigned promenade. The quaint Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor, with its diverse selection of dining options, the sports beach, a bakery, a kiosk, and a bike rental shop are all conveniently within a few minutes’ walk. The sophisticated Timmendorfer Strand can be reached in no time by bike, riding right along the beach.
This light-filled, newly renovated vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the “Nienhüs,” a building with only 7 units. The high-quality amenities and stylish furnishings, featuring thoughtful details, create a cozy atmosphere for 2–3 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure bright, sunny rooms, and the radiant floor heating provides a comfortable indoor climate. The spacious and very tastefully furnished living area is equipped with two modern lounge chairs, a high-quality sofa set with a sleeper function (160x200), a stereo system, a TV, and free Wi-Fi access. The spacious, south-facing sun balcony is the perfect place to relax, thanks to comfortable outdoor furniture, a sun lounger, and a large cantilevered umbrella. The open-concept kitchen with a counter, bar stools, and an adjoining dining area is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The separate bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (180x200) and a spacious built-in closet, includes another TV. The windows are fitted with blackout curtains. The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a large, floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower and two sinks.
On the first floor, there is a storage room exclusive to this apartment, which is equipped with a washing machine and can be used to store bicycles, etc. A parking space is available.
