Exclusive living at “Nienhüs Apartment 2”[nbsp] in Timmendorfer Strand, in the Niendorf/Ostsee neighborhood—quietly located,[nbsp] just a few steps from the sandy beach and the beautiful boardwalk. The lively Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor, with its restaurants and cafés, as well as the sports beach, bakery,[nbsp] newsstand, and bike rental[nbsp] are all within a few minutes’ walk. The sophisticated town of Timmendorfer Strand can be reached in no time by bike, riding right along the beach.
This vacation apartment is located on the first floor[nbsp][nbsp]just about 100 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The furnishings are of very high quality and comfortable, designed to accommodate 2–3 people (plus a toddler). Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure bright, sunny rooms, and the radiant floor heating provides a pleasant indoor climate. All windows are[nbsp] equipped with electric exterior blinds. You’ll find a fully equipped built-in kitchen with an adjoining dining area, as well as a tastefully furnished living room featuring a high-quality leather sofa bed and a TV (home theater system for optimal sound quality). Free internet access is available via Wi-Fi. The front-facing south-facing terrace, which is over 20 square meters in size and includes a small garden area, is partially covered and invites you to relax at any time of day. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are provided. The separate bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200), an additional TV, and a large built-in closet with ample storage space. A modern shower room with plenty of natural light rounds out the amenities.
