The “Waterkant #4” vacation rental is located in a popular, quiet residential area of Timmendorfer Strand, very close to the spa park and downtown. The Baltic Sea and the kilometer-long sandy beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. The lively town center offers everything a vacationer could wish for: great dining, lovely shops to browse, numerous events for all ages, and much more.
The Waterkant #4 vacation rental is located on the first floor and, with 1 bedroom and 55 square meters of space, offers plenty of room for 2 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation near the beach. You’ll find an extremely spacious living area with a sofa, an adjoining dining area, and an open-concept kitchen, well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The terrace with a small garden extends across the entire width of the apartment. The outdoor area is fenced in but open to the neighboring apartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (box spring, 180x200), a TV, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment. A lockable bike storage room is available for shared use, as are the washer and dryer, which are located in a separate laundry room.

The complex consists of 2 vacation homes with a total of 5 apartments. Waterkant #1 (1 bedroom) and Waterkant #2 (2 bedrooms) are located in the front building, while Waterkant #3 (2 bedrooms), Waterkant #4 (1 bedroom), and Waterkant #5 (2 bedrooms) are located in the rear building.
