The "Waterkant #2" vacation rental is located in a popular, quiet residential area of Timmendorfer Strand, very close to the spa gardens and the town center. The Baltic Sea and the kilometer-long sandy beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. The lively town center offers everything a vacationer could wish for: great restaurants, lovely shops to browse, numerous events for all ages, and much more.
The Waterkant #2 duplex is located on the upper floor and, with 2 bedrooms spread over 50 square meters, offers plenty of space for 2–4 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation near the beach. You’ll find a bright living area with a sofa, an adjoining dining area, and an open-concept kitchen, well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator-freezer. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200), a built-in closet with plenty of storage space, blackout pleated blinds, and a TV. The loft bedroom in the attic (ceiling height 1.80 and partially open to the hallway) is accessible via a space-saving staircase and features two single beds. Due to the sloping walls and low ceiling height, it is well-suited for children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, window, and towel warmer. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment. A lockable bike storage room is available for shared use, as are the washer and dryer, which are located in a separate laundry room.

The Waterkant vacation complex offers excellent opportunities to vacation together in larger groups—whether as a family, with friends, or even for a corporate event—while still enjoying plenty of privacy. The complex consists of 2 vacation homes with a total of 5 apartments. Waterkant #1 (1 bedroom) and Waterkant #2 (2 bedrooms) are located in the front building, while Waterkant #3 (2 bedrooms), Waterkant #4 (1 bedroom), and Waterkant #5 (2 bedrooms) are located in the rear building.
