In the heart of the seaside resort of Timmendorfer Strand, the exclusive “Strandperle” vacation apartment awaits you. Quietly situated yet centrally located, you can reach the elegant town center and the stunningly beautiful Baltic Sea beach in just a few minutes on foot. Many select[nbsp] bars, cafés, shops, and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger.
This spacious, 3-room apartment, measuring approximately 60 square meters, offers plenty of room for 4 people and is located on the first floor of a new residential complex. The modern built-in kitchen is directly connected to the cozy living-dining area. Beautiful designer flooring and charming, nautical decorative elements create a cozy atmosphere and reflect the apartment’s proximity to the sea.[nbsp] All floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds, ensuring the rooms are flooded with light during the day. Two bedrooms, furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200) and a double bed (140x200), are the perfect place to unwind after an eventful day on vacation.[nbsp] The bathroom features amenities just as modern as those in the other areas of the apartment. Of course, the entertainment package includes free Wi-Fi, a radio, and a large flat-screen TV. On the adjoining, furnished terrace with an electric awning, you can enjoy sunny days in the fresh air, relax, or simply unwind.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are available for our guests’ exclusive use. Behind the house, you’ll find a reserved outdoor parking space as well as a lockable, dry bike shed.
