This exclusive "Delfin" vacation rental is located on the first floor of the Timmare II building in a prime location in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand—yet it’s quiet and just a few minutes away from the Baltic Sea beach and the town center, with its many restaurants and a wide range of shopping options.
Only high-quality materials were used in the furnishings and construction of the property, and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. 3 flat-screen TVs, hi-fi system, Dolby Surround, Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, electric exterior blinds, pleated blinds, insect screens, modern shower room with plenty of natural light and a built-in washing machine, and an additional separate restroom.
Oversized windows create a light-filled living area with a beautiful view of the 200-square-meter garden for private use and the spacious, partially covered southwest-facing terrace, which is, of course, comfortably furnished with a seating area and sun loungers. High-quality solid wood flooring creates a cozy, pleasant living atmosphere. With two separate bedrooms featuring double beds (180x200 and 160x200) and TVs, a high-quality shower room, and an ensuite guest restroom, there is ample space here for 4 people to relax and unwind. The exclusive built-in kitchen with an adjoining dining area is fully equipped with all modern appliances and meets the highest standards.From mid-May through mid-September, a beach chair is available for your free use on the beach.
A designated underground parking space (entrance height 1.90 m) is included with the apartment; an elevator and a bicycle storage room for shared use are also available.
The Timmendorfer Strand region is enjoying growing popularity among many guests. This may lead to construction activity and noise even near your booked vacation rental, over which Ostsee Living has no control.
Starting in July 2026, a new building will be constructed in the neighborhood of your vacation rental, so construction noise may occur until October 2027.
