About this apartment rental
The exclusive "Ventura" vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Timmare II building in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, yet in a quiet setting just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach and the town center, with its many restaurants and a wide range of shopping options. A beach chair is available for free use on the beach (seasonal: mid-May through mid-September).
With two separate bedrooms, this luxurious vacation rental offers plenty of space for four people to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It features one double bed (180x200) and two single beds (80x200). Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV. No expense was spared in furnishing and equipping the property, and great emphasis was placed on high-quality materials. 3 TVs, a hi-fi system, a Bose Bluetooth system, free Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, electric exterior blinds, a modern shower room with plenty of natural light, and a built-in washing machine. The high-quality, modern built-in kitchen with an adjoining dining area is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and meets the highest standards. The view of the greenery through the large porthole window is particularly charming. Oversized windows create a light-filled living area with a view of the quiet garden and the spacious southwest-facing balcony, which has the feel of a rooftop terrace; it is, of course, comfortably furnished with a seating area, sun loungers, and an electric outdoor awning.
A designated underground parking space (entry height 1.90 m) is assigned to the apartment; an elevator and a bicycle storage room for shared use are available.
The Timmendorfer Strand region is enjoying growing popularity among many guests. This may lead to construction activities and noise even near your booked vacation rental, over which Ostsee Living has no control.
Starting in July 2026, a new building will be constructed in the neighborhood of your vacation rental, so construction noise may occur through October 2027.
