Our Luv vacation home is furnished in a stylish Nordic design: light colors, natural materials, clean lines, and charming Scandinavian details create a warm, peaceful, and at the same time modern atmosphere of well-being. Here, you and your family will find the ideal retreat to unwind and leave everyday life behind.
This tastefully furnished mid-row house in Timmendorfer Strand offers approximately 90 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people. The Nordic-style decor, featuring light colors, natural materials, and clean lines, creates a friendly and relaxed atmosphere of well-being.
You enter our Luv vacation home through a hallway with a coat rack and a mirror. From the entryway, you’ll find a separate guest restroom, the kitchen, and the living and dining area—the heart of the home—which offers plenty of space for spending time together. The living area features a cozy sofa bed, a comfortable armchair, and a flat-screen TV. A special highlight is the spacious terrace facing a sunny southwest, which invites you to enjoy relaxing afternoons and cozy evenings outdoors.
A cozy staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms and the bathroom. From the master bedroom, you can step out onto a balcony that’s perfect for relaxing. A modern bathroom with a shower provides additional comfort.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering during your vacation.
Our house is centrally and quietly located near the well-known center of Timmendorfer Strand, including Timmendorfer Platz and the Old Town Hall. Timmendorfer Platz, with its popular cafés and diverse shopping options, as well as the beach with its endless promenade, the spa gardens, and the Aalbeek Niederung nature reserve are all within a few minutes’ walk and offer a wide range of recreational opportunities.
You can also enjoy long walks either on the beach or along the beach promenade toward Scharbeutz, or in Niendorf/Ostsee with its idyllic harbor and bird sanctuary. For our dog-loving guests, a walk to the dog beach—which is easily accessible via the beach promenade—is highly recommended. From October 1 through March 31, your four-legged friends are welcome to run free along the entire beach.
