About this apartment rental
The “Boje” vacation rental is located on the first floor of the newly built Timmare V building in an excellent, quiet location in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, just a 3-minute walk from the Baltic Sea and the town center. Many restaurants, cafés, lovely shops for strolling, and all shopping amenities are located in the immediate vicinity.
A beach chair is available (seasonally, from mid-May to mid-September) for our guests to use free of charge on the beach.
With 2 separate bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a combined living-dining area with an open-concept kitchen, this exclusive apartment offers ample space for 3 to 4 people. All the amenities of a new construction—such as floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, and electric exterior blinds—ensure bright rooms and a pleasant indoor climate. The exceptionally high-quality furnishings with well-thought-out built-ins, the fully equipped designer kitchen with top-of-the-line brand-name appliances, and the premium Ruf box-spring bed are what make this apartment truly stand out. Another highlight is the 24-square-meter, wraparound sun terrace, furnished with patio furniture and lounge chairs, as well as a small garden enclosed by a hedge and bushes. For entertainment, a 55-inch TV with an internet media library, Bluetooth speakers, a radio, and Wi-Fi are available. Small dogs are welcome upon request.
A reserved outdoor parking space is located on the property. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in a designated bike shed. A washer and dryer are located in the basement.
