The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation home is perfectly located, just 200 meters from the beach, right next to the quaint Niendorf Harbor with its lively atmosphere and the most delicious fish sandwiches far and wide. Right in the neighborhood, you’ll find everything a vacationer could want—from restaurants and cafés to a newsstand and a coffee roastery, bike rentals and an adventure playground, boat tours, and a summer movie theater on the open beach. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available at the bakery just around the corner.
Welcome to this wonderful semi-detached house, which, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across over 100 square meters of living space, is perfectly suited for 6 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation right next to the beach. Sunny rooms and high-quality furnishings ensure the utmost comfort in a pleasant atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living area furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a TV. The adjoining dining area is also generously sized and features a round dining table, a bench, and chairs—perfect for socializing and sharing meals together. The south-facing sun terrace is particularly lovely, capturing plenty of natural light. It is equipped with patio furniture, a beach chair, and an electric awning that provides shade on sunny days. The spacious, separate built-in kitchen is superbly equipped and offers all the amenities you need for cooking together. Here, you can chat and be creative while cooking in a convivial atmosphere. In the entryway, there is a practical coat rack that provides space for jackets and shoes. Adjacent to this is a modern bathroom with natural light, equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The washer and dryer are housed in a separate storage room, also on the first floor. Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and window. To the right and left of it are two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is extremely spacious and furnished with a box-spring bed (180x210), a wardrobe with ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe, and a TV. A small living area with a sofa offers a cozy retreat for relaxing and reading. Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a double bed (180x200), a TV, a spacious closet, and a reading nook. The third bedroom is located in the attic and features a box-spring bed (160x200), a wardrobe, a TV, and a desk. The skylights can be darkened with a roller shade; all other windows in the house are equipped with electric exterior blinds. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. There are two parking spaces in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the shed right next to the house.
