About this house rental
The Funny Fish vacation home is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and very close to the quaint Niendorf Harbor, with its lively atmosphere and the most delicious fish sandwiches far and wide. Right in the neighborhood, you’ll find everything a vacationer could want—from restaurants and cafés to a newsstand and a coffee roastery, bike rentals and an adventure playground, boat tours, and an open-air summer movie theater on the beach. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available at the bakery just around the corner.
A beautiful end-of-row townhouse awaits you, exuding comfort and well-being the moment you step inside. Warm colors, plenty of light, and high-quality furnishings ensure a high standard of living in a wonderful atmosphere. With 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate guest restroom, the house offers 110 square meters of living space—enough room for 4–6 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation near the beach. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living area furnished with a cozy XL sofa set and a TV. The south-facing sun terrace in front of the house is equipped with patio furniture, two sun loungers, and an electric awning, and is surrounded by a spacious private garden. At the back of the garden is a wooden shed for dry and secure storage of bicycles, handcarts, and other items. The new, modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and much more. The adjoining dining area, with a large dining table and comfortable armchairs, offers plenty of space for six people to eat together and spend time together. A guest restroom and a storage room with a washer and dryer are also located on the first floor. On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms (one with an additional TV), each furnished with high-quality box-spring beds (180x200), wardrobes, and desks for a home office. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom, which features a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and towel warmer. On the loft in the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (box spring 90x200), a TV, a small wardrobe, and a cozy sitting area.
