This very beautiful[nbsp] duplex vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a lovely residential complex, the Kurparkresidenz, right next to the Kurpark and close to the city center. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. The beach, the nearest bakery, and the Scharbeutz Dune Mile are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The modern living-dining area features a sofa, an armchair, and a large dining table with a bench and chairs for social gatherings. A recliner is available for your reading time. In addition to the flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player, free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The bright kitchen with a great view leaves nothing to be desired. The first terrace, accessible from the living area, is equipped with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a sunshade.
