Located just steps from Weststrand Beach and the center of Westerland, our cozy cabin #3 awaits you in the new CPTN Nicolai complex. This stylishly designed 66 m² three-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Dock 6a and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway on Sylt. Cabin #3 accommodates up to 6 people and features high, light-filled rooms in a classic, elegant Sylt style—ideal for families or friends.
From the entryway, you have direct access to the two bedrooms. These are furnished with a high-quality Schramm box-spring bed. Custom-built closets throughout the apartment provide ample storage space and help keep things organized.
The spacious living and dining area features another full-size sleeper sofa as well as a high-quality kitchen equipped with brand-name appliances (including Miele) and a wide range of kitchenware—perfect for cooking together just like at home.
The maritime-style bathroom, with its rain shower and heated floors, invites you to relax and ensures a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere even on cooler days. The apartment includes a private terrace, which is furnished with modern lounge furniture from May through October. Whether it’s breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening—here you can enjoy relaxing island moments in the fresh North Sea air.
As a guest, you have free access to the approximately 200 m² communal pool and sauna area at Dock 6d, featuring lounge and relaxation areas as well as a fitness room (treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, weights).
Dogs are very welcome here. One free parking space is available per accommodation unit.
