Property No. 302246. Our newly renovated cabin #29 at the CPTN Nicolai Resort in Westerland is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway on Sylt. This spacious 70 m² two-room vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of Dock 6d and accommodates up to 4 people—perfect for couples, friends, or small families who appreciate comfort, tranquility, and a central location.
The entrance is located on the middle deck (upper floor). From here, you enter the light-filled living and dining area with typical Sylt oak parquet flooring and high-quality furnishings. An exclusive sleeper sofa provides a comfortable extra sleeping option when needed.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and features high-quality brand-name appliances (including Siemens) as well as everything you need to prepare your meals—from breakfast to a cozy dinner.
The stylish bathroom is decorated in shades of sea blue and sand and features a spacious rain shower, heated floors, and a towel warmer—ideal for relaxing moments of well-being after a day at the beach.
A staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment, where you’ll find the bedroom, furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed for peaceful, restful nights.
Another highlight is the balcony, which features comfortable furniture from May through October—perfect for enjoying the fresh North Sea air or winding down at the end of the day.
As a guest, you have free access to the 200 m² pool and sauna area at Dock 6d, featuring a 12 × 4 m pool, a sauna, and a fitness area (treadmill, rowing machine, exercise bike, weights).
Dogs are welcome.
One free parking space is available per apartment.
