This elegant vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a new residential complex, Villa Scharbeutz, directly across from the spa park, close to the city center. Just a short walk to the beach. The Dünenmeile, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away. Fresh rolls in the morning—the bakery is just a few steps away.
Amenities
With its floor-to-ceiling windows, the vacation apartment exudes a bright, cozy atmosphere. The built-in kitchen in the living-dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired; it features a kitchen unit with an oven, ceramic cooktop, electric stove,[nbsp] dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a large TV, internet radio, and a dining area. From the living area, you can step out onto the lovely west-facing sun balcony. Here you’ll find a table and chairs, as well as a recliner.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and includes a wardrobe, two nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, as well as privacy and light-blocking curtains on all windows and additional electric roller shutters.

There is a place to store bicycles right outside the front door in the courtyard. It is not permitted to store bicycles in the stairwell, the basement, or inside the apartment.
Dogs are generally welcome in this vacation rental. Please notify us of your dog before booking. Bringing a dog requires prior confirmation from Holm Ferienwohnungen. The terms and conditions and additional costs listed for the property apply.
During the season (May 15–September 15), a free beach chair is available for your use on the beach.
