LEE Apartment – for 2 people plus 1. Bright, cheerful, and very attractive 2-room apartment, approx. 66 m², on the mezzanine level, in Villa Scharbeutz, with a large south-west-facing balcony. Electric exterior roller shutters in the bedroom; outdoor parking space. Elevator, washer, and dryer in the basement (shared with Apartment LUV).
Location
Villa Scharbeutz is located across from the spa park near the city center. The sunny LEE apartment is located on the mezzanine level and faces southwest. Just a short walk to the beach. The Dünenmeile, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops, is within a few minutes’ walk. Fresh rolls in the morning—the bakery is just a few steps away.

The 2-room vacation apartment LEE features floor-to-ceiling windows. All windows have privacy screens. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, Tassimo capsule machine, egg cooker, blender, toaster, and electric kettle. A very nice, bright living area with a high-quality sofa that can be quickly converted into a comfortable sofa bed (1.30 m x 1.95 m). [nbsp] Wall-mounted TV (55 inches), internet radio. The elegant dining area is furnished with a round table and four comfortable armchairs. [nbsp] From the living area, you can step out onto the lovely, covered southwest-facing balcony. A table and chairs are available here. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, two nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV (43 inches). Are you used to sleeping in the dark? No problem—the bedroom is equipped with electric exterior shutters. The bright and airy bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a separate handheld showerhead, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
