Welcome to the Marysol Vacation Home!
This thatched cottage was completed in 2017–18; it is well-maintained and in excellent condition.
Your view stretches out over meadows and fields.
You’ll enjoy complete peace and quiet. No through traffic—access is restricted to residents and guests only.PGJyPgPGJyPgThe first floor features the living area with a dining table for 4 people, a built-in modern, fully equipped kitchenette,
a couch, an armchair, a TV, a radio, and an internet connection.
A fireplace provides cozy warmth during the cold season.
A sauna with a floor-level wellness shower and relaxation area promotes well-being.
The utility room, equipped with a washer and dryer and space for luggage, is located next to it.
Here you’ll find a high chair for the little ones.
Safety gates at the bottom and top of the stairs ensure the safety of small children.
And a guest restroom saves you a trip upstairs.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2 m) and a spacious built-in closet.
For bookings of 7 nights or more, the linens package is included.
A second bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2 m), a dresser, and a TV.
In between is the bathroom with a rain shower and toilet.
The bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens.
The living room opens onto the large terrace.
A patio canopy provides protection from rain and strong sun.
A glass windscreen on the side offers protection from the wind and ensures privacy.
A beach chair and grill (available for a deposit)
A table, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella enhance the outdoor experience.
We have a shed in the garden for your bicycles, with space for a grill, firewood, and a handcart.
All rooms are equipped with heated floors.
In front of the house, there is a private parking space and
a charging station for electric cars (for a fee, by arrangement)
Non-smoking home—no pets allowed.
