Thatched-Roof Vacation Home "Zum Rostigen Anker"
Spend your dream vacation in a thatched-roof cottage on the Baltic Sea!
The thatched-roof cottage was completed in 2019.
Your gaze wanders over meadows and fields.
From the upper floor, you can see the islands of Poel and Eggers Wiek, as well as the buoy-marked channel leading to Wismar.
You’ll enjoy absolute peace and quiet. No through traffic—access is limited to residents and guests.
On the first floor is the living area with a dining table for 4 people, a built-in modern, fully equipped kitchenette,
a couch and armchair, plus a TV, radio, and internet connection.
A sauna with a floor-level wellness shower and relaxation area provides cozy warmth.
The utility room, equipped with a washer and dryer and space for luggage, is located right next to it.
Here you’ll find a high chair for the little ones.
Safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs ensure the safety of small children.
And a guest restroom saves you a trip upstairs.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2 m) and a spacious built-in closet.
A second bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2 m), a dresser, and a TV.
Between them is the bathroom with a rain shower and a toilet.
The bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens.
The living room opens onto the large terrace.
A terrace canopy with a heat-absorbing cover provides protection from rain and strong sunlight.
A glass windscreen on the side provides protection from the wind and ensures privacy.
A beach chair, a gas grill (grill available for a deposit), a table, chairs, two lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella enhance the outdoor experience.
We have a shed in the garden for your bicycles, with space for a gas grill and a handcart as well.
The public playground is across the street, and you can keep an eye on it from the kitchen window.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
In front of the house, there is a private parking space and
a charging station for electric cars (for a fee, by arrangement)
Non-smoking home—pets not allowed starting in 2020.
