About this house rental
The "Schwarze Perle" vacation home is located on the edge of the "De Poeler Drift" thatched-roof village in the resort town of Zierow. It features modern and stylish furnishings and offers direct access to the natural beach via the path next to the house. This allows guests to enjoy the peace and beauty of the surroundings. The covered patio offers a magnificent view of the surrounding fields and meadows and invites you to relax in the sun. The home’s furnishings are upscale, and the separate kitchen is equipped with modern high-gloss cabinetry and kitchen appliances. A dining area with bar stools offers a cozy way to start the day. The spacious living area, with access to the sunny terrace, provides plenty of room, and a fireplace ensures cozy warmth on cold days. Two large sofas and a dining area complete the color-coordinated ambiance of the room. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. The first floor also features a second bathroom with a spa shower, toilet, and sauna—ideal for relaxing after a long walk on the beach. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The so-called “children’s room” is furnished with a pull-out IKEA bunk bed that sleeps two people. The second bedroom features a box-spring bed, ample storage space, and a TV. For families with small children, a travel crib and a high chair are available. A laundry kit can be ordered upon request. The bright and modern full bathroom with a bathtub and a glass-enclosed shower is located between the two bedrooms. All windows are equipped with fly screens and roller shades/curtains to provide optimal protection against insects and sunlight. A storage shed is available for bicycles you bring with you, and two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
