The "Seepferdchen" double vacation home, with its thatched roof, has been lovingly furnished for you with great attention to detail.
The spacious living area on the first floor, featuring a 4K Smart TV with a soundbar and Blu-ray player, a sofa, a dining area, and an open-concept kitchen, immediately invites you to relax and feel at home.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want, including an induction cooktop, a food processor, and a fully automatic coffee machine.
A selection of movies, books, and board games is available.
You can relax comfortably in the wellness area, which features two recliners, a Finnish sauna, and a wellness shower.
The guest restroom and the utility room, equipped with a Miele washing machine and a Bosch heat pump dryer, round out the first floor.
The second bathroom, located on the upper floor, features a rain shower and a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.
In the spacious master bedroom with a TV, you can spend the night as if you were staying at a hotel.
A silent minibar and a coffee pod machine allow you to work in a relaxed atmosphere at the desk with a view of the sea.
The large 2m x 2m double bed at a comfortable height ensures a restful night’s sleep.
The second bedroom is furnished as a children’s room with two bunk beds and can accommodate up to three people.
Additionally, a changing table with toys and books, a travel crib, and a high chair are available for our youngest guests.
Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house and keeps you warm not only in winter.
Wi-Fi is free for you as a guest.
The windows are equipped with pleated blinds and drapes.
Thanks to the insect screens, you can enjoy the fresh sea air any time of year.
In the garden, you’ll find a large patio with patio furniture and sun loungers. A permanently installed swivel recliner that seats up to 3 people invites you to linger.
In the garden shed with its adjoining lounge, you can conveniently store the bicycles you’ve brought along and wind down the day in comfort. A Napoleon electric grill also allows you to enjoy delicious barbecue evenings here.
The property is fenced in, so you can read and relax in peace while your children play with the water pump in the garden.
Right outside the front door is your parking space for up to 3 cars. You can also conveniently charge your electric car here at an EV charging station for a fee.
