We warmly welcome you to the “Haus Wohnen am Meer” vacation home at Strandallee 184 in Timmendorfer Strand. This modern apartment complex is centrally located, just a few steps from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the ocean. The center of Timmendorfer Strand is a convenient 8–10-minute walk away. Grocery stores (Famila, Aldi) are about a 5-minute drive away.

Vacation Rental No. 18 in the “Wohnen am Meer” building is located on the 2nd floor with a balcony and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.
This Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental features a living room with a high-quality sofa set, flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a cozy dining area, and an open-concept kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. The entryway is tastefully decorated and spacious.
In the master bedroom of this Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental, you’ll find a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The second separate bedroom features a box-spring bed with a sleeping surface measuring 140 x 200 cm.

There is an elevator in the building. This apartment offers free Wi-Fi with a limited data allowance of 50 GB of high-speed internet. Once the data allowance is used up, the speed will be throttled.
This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. The shared laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
