The “Toskana” vacation apartment, with its attractive partial ocean view, is located on the first floor of Villa Toskana in a prime beachfront location in Timmendorfer Strand. The expansive Baltic Sea beach and the promenade are just a few steps away through the small park across the street. The accommodations are ideally situated between the lively center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its exclusive shops, cafés, and many restaurants—and the charming Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor. A beach chair is available free of charge directly across the street on the beach during the season (approx. mid-May to mid-September).
The stylishly furnished apartment, located in the second row from the beach, offers a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. The bright living and dining area features an open layout and is flooded with light through large, floor-to-ceiling windows. From here, you have access to the spacious, wraparound balcony, which faces the sea and west, offering a beautiful view of the greenery as well as a partial view of the Baltic Sea. The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a built-in closet with ample storage space. The second bedroom features a single bed that converts to a 160 x 200 cm bed and a wardrobe. Electric exterior blinds on all windows and underfloor heating provide additional comfort. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
A washer and dryer are located in the basement and are available for your exclusive use. The apartment also includes an underground parking space with a clearance height of 2 meters. The building is equipped with an elevator and also offers a bicycle storage room.
