Exclusive vacation rental with ocean views in a dream location in Timmendorfer Strand. Just a short walk through the park across the street takes you to the Baltic Sea, the beach, and the promenade. The apartment is located in the “Haus am Meer” building, situated between the lively town center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its exclusive shops, cafés, and diverse dining options—and the quaint Niendorf Harbor.
This modern, stylishly furnished apartment features real wood parquet flooring throughout. All windows are floor-to-ceiling and equipped with electric exterior blinds. There is a spacious living room with an ethanol fireplace, TV, radio, and Wi-Fi[nbsp], offering a fantastic view all the way to the Baltic Sea. The open, modern kitchen with built-in appliances and a spacious dining area meets the highest standards and includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. Two separate bedrooms (one double bed 200x200 and two single beds 80x200), another TV with a built-in DVD player, and a modern bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and heated floors are available. The huge, 50-square-meter terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs as well as comfortable lounge furniture; it is covered and sheltered from the wind. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The seaside house features an elevator and an underground parking garage (entry height 2 m), where a dedicated parking space is reserved. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washer, and dryer are available. For our younger guests, there is a playground on the garden side of the house.

A beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is available for our guests to use free of charge on the beach.
