High-quality vacation rental in the "Haus am Meer" in a prime location in Timmendorfer Strand, just steps from the beach. A short walk through the park across the street takes you to the boardwalk and the Baltic Sea. The vacation rental is situated between the lively town center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its exclusive shops, cafés, and diverse dining options—and the quaint Niendorf Harbor.
The vacation apartment is on the 1st floor and, with 2 bedrooms, a spacious shower room, and a separate guest restroom, offers ample space for 4 people across over 90 square meters of living space.[nbsp][nbsp]Large, floor-to-ceiling windows ensure bright, sunny living spaces, which are equipped with high-quality real wood parquet flooring and underfloor heating. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stovetop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The spacious [nbsp]dining area, with enough room for 6 people, and the tastefully designed living area[nbsp] with a TV, radio, and Wi-Fi form the heart of the apartment. From the[nbsp] afternoon into the evening, you can enjoy the sun on the partially covered west-facing balcony.[nbsp][nbsp][nbsp]
A reserved parking space and a bicycle storage room are located in the building’s underground garage (entry height 2 m). An elevator is, of course, available. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for shared use. For our younger guests, there is a small playground in the garden.
