This exclusive vacation rental is located in the "Haus am Meer" building in a prime location in Timmendorfer Strand, just one block from the Baltic Sea. The beach and the boardwalk are just a few steps away through the park across the street. The apartment is situated between the town center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its lovely shops for strolling, cafés, and numerous restaurants—and the quaint Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor, both of which are easily accessible via the promenade in an 8- to 10-minute walk.
An absolute highlight of this apartment are the two large terrace areas facing east, south, and west, which are furnished with patio furniture. Enjoy the sun from breakfast through the evening hours—and even a small view of the Baltic Sea! The patio door can be unlocked with the house key and serves as a private entrance, so you can reach the Baltic Sea in just a few steps via your own patio and through the garden.
The high-quality vacation apartment “Fritz Strandkate” features a spacious living area with an adjoining dining area that offers plenty of room for 6 people. A TV, stereo system, and Wi-Fi are, of course, provided. Floor-to-ceiling windows and the apartment’s south-facing orientation ensure bright and sunny rooms. All windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds, and the radiant floor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate.[nbsp] The open, high-quality built-in kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a TV. [nbsp]One is furnished with a comfortable double bed[nbsp], the other with two single beds that can be quickly pushed together. The bathroom is very high-quality and features a floor-to-ceiling XXL shower. A separate guest restroom is, of course, available. The seaside house has an elevator and an underground parking garage (entry height 2 m), where a permanent parking space is reserved. A bike storage room, coin-operated washer, and dryer are available.
A beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is available for free use right across from the beach.
