The vacation rental is situated between the bustling town center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its exclusive shops, cafés, and diverse dining options—and the quaint Niendorf Harbor.
The 92-square-meter apartment is on the first floor and features two separate bedrooms—equipped with a double bed (180x200) and two single beds (80x200) with a TV - [nbsp]a comfortable bathroom with a shower and heated floors, as well as a separate guest restroom.[nbsp] There is a tastefully decorated living area with a TV, radio, and Wi-Fi, a spacious dining area, and an open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher.[nbsp] The spacious, covered south-facing balcony offers a beautiful view to the east of the park across the street and the Baltic Sea.
