The vacation rental is located in the "Haus am Meer" building, in an excellent location in Timmendorfer Strand, just one block from the Baltic Sea. The beach and the promenade are just a few steps away through the park across the street. The apartment is situated between the town center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its lovely shops for strolling, cafés, and numerous restaurants—and the quaint Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor, both of which are easily accessible via the promenade in an 8- to 10-minute walk.
An absolute highlight of this apartment is the large, southeast-facing terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, an awning, and a view all the way to the Baltic Sea. The patio door can be opened with the house key and serves as a private entrance, allowing you to reach the beach in just a few steps via your own patio and through the garden. The vacation rental is extremely spacious, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished, ensuring a high standard of living in a beautiful setting.
