The vacation rental is situated between the lively town center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its exclusive shops, cafés, and diverse dining options—and the quaint Niendorf Harbor. Directly across from the beach, a beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is provided for free use.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, stovetop, and dishwasher. The adjoining living area, featuring a cozy sofa and an ethanol fireplace, includes a TV, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi internet access. In front of the spacious dining area, which offers enough room for 6 people, is the west-facing balcony furnished with garden furniture, where the sun shines from early afternoon into the evening hours.
