The apartment is brand new and impeccably clean. It is located in a quiet suburb near to downtown Fergus. The host responded very quickly and was kind to us.

Clean, new basement suite with very comfortable bed.. Side door with no sidewalk. Wet grass and gravel a bit of a challenge. Limited parking - only one side of street with lots of driveways, bit of a walk but OK. Very small shower stall. No face cloths so we bought some and left there. Kuerig not working - host brought instant and said would bring a working unit but never heard any more. Towel bars need new wall anchors. Sorry to sound so negative but want to provide feedback which would make it a really good place to stay. Quiet and clean with lots of room for 2 people or even a 3rd on the couch.
