This newly built, detached, and gorgeous vacation home "Olivia," built in the traditional Darß style, is ideal for families of up to 7 people who want to spend a relaxing vacation in the Baltic Sea resort town of Zingst
It is located in a quiet area right next to the forest. The town center, with its many restaurants and shopping options, is also just 600 meters away. The harbor is within a few minutes’ walk. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is approximately 900 meters away as the crow flies.
The idyllic and beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

The house was completed in 2023 and is modern, lovingly furnished, and finished to a high standard. It features three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with box-spring beds), two modern bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower (one is additionally equipped with a large bathtub). In the spacious, open-concept living and dining area (open kitchen), you can spend cozy evenings with your family, and from there you can step out onto the large, south-west-facing terrace with a pavilion. One of the large bedrooms on the upper floor has a south-facing balcony and offers a stunning, breathtaking view. Every room has a window with a screen. There are a total of 3 flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. For the little ones, a travel crib, children’s tableware, and a high chair are provided. One bedroom can also be completely darkened.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lush, green, approximately 500-square-meter property. Here you can barbecue, play table tennis, or simply relax and enjoy the fresh air. The house offers you plenty of freedom, making it the perfect place to unwind.
There is a lockable shed for bicycles.
There are also 2 parking spaces and a wallbox for charging electric cars.
