Our spacious mansion can comfortably accommodate **up to 8 overnight guests**.

The property also offers generous indoor and outdoor space and can accommodate **family gatherings of up to 20 people**, including overnight guests and visitors.

If you are planning a larger gathering or event with **more than 20 people**, the property may be able to accommodate **up to 50 people**, subject to prior approval.

For gatherings exceeding 20 people, **please contact us before booking** and provide details about the nature of the gathering, expected number of attendees, timing, and any special requirements.

Please note that **different pricing, additional fees, and conditions may apply to larger gatherings or events**. All events and larger gatherings must be approved by the host in advance.

According to fire and safety regulations this house has a house can sleep 8 people and over all limit of 12 people after 11pm all visitors must vacate the premises.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke only outside, and must collect cigarette butts in the provided tray or dispose of them in the trash. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, street, or neighbor’s property.

Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am

Check out is 11am. Late check out can only be confirmed by 9pm on the night before departure.

Depending on the dates of your stay you may be required to put out or bring in garbage bins

Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage.
