Good location but room very small and dark and smelly.

Location. Lobby was inviting and spacious.

Reasonable price-quality ratio

Fusion Hotel's location is fantastic in the city centre, close to all San Francisco's must-see points. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had no breakfast service, so can't comment on that either.

Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking a brick wall. Hygiene left to be desired. Room was out-dated.

Simone and James were awesome. Needed a list of recommendations cir6a place for drinks and music. They put together a list and sent it to me prior to my arrival. Awesome service all the way around. Thank you 😊

An excellent stay in a great location with a comfortable room and great staff.

The location of the hotel is excellent - 1 block away from the BART, the Cable Car and food options. The rooms are compact but comfortable and have air conditioning. The room amenities are perfectly adequate for a short stay in San Francisco.

Noise can travel up from the street on lower levels and occasionally down the hall. Neither the street or hall noise is very loud but it is noticeable.

The location is quite good, close to local restaurants and shopping centers there is a parking lot 3 minute away with descent pricing. the hopon-hopoff bus stops just a 4 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel lacks breakfast options, however a good variety of diners and restaurants fill the gap. if you are coming with a car, the only parking arrangement the hotel provides is a vale parking for 72usd per day

We wouldn’t come back, but if you need lower budget then it’ll do!!

It was somewhere to sleep for the night and it was clean (not fresh and clean but clean).

The staff were cold and not very friendly, for example checking us in and then not telling us where the stairs or elevators were. Then whenever you entered the hotel again, no one said hello, smiled, looked up or anything and the place was silent and pretty cold feeling in the lobby. Shower wasn’t warm enough. Room was very small, dark and dingy. The room was also very warm but the aircon was too loud to use. Outlook of the room was right onto lots of generators and then directly into other rooms. Couldn’t open the window either, it was bolted shut. Also, the location is good in the sense that it is next to Union Square, but you are right on the edge of the Tenderloin area, which is advised to be avoided especially at night and does have a slightly unfriendly feel.

I recommend this hotel

- I really appreciated staff and it was one of the big highlights of this hotel. We didn't expect it but we could use the room much earlier than check-in hour and this was SO nice and helpful! - Localisation is really amazing, very central, so close to everything and also to all the means of transportation needed. Also just 30 min by metro from the airport.

- It's not a big deal, but the room was really small (not even possible to open two luggage at the same time), it was not really like on the photo, there was no desk and the view was a bit disappointing - it was a view on a plein wall which was situated like 1,5 m from the window. Apart of this it was still cozy. Bed was a bit small but comfortable.

cozy clean hotel in the heart of union square

the hotel was clean and cozy. staff very nice. the hotel was near curran theater, china town, shops, restaurants

the room was next to the stairs and it was very noisy w/ people walking by. Floors squeaked in the room

The hotel is beautiful, the crew is to polite and thoughtful.

The localization is perfect for tourism purposes: near of Cable car, Bart and Muni.. It’s possible so many things by foot.

The property doesn’t offer breakfast.
