First impression... room was spotlessly clean and even smelled fresh. It met our expectations for comfort and having the little kitchen was great. We only used the fridge to store some of our food stuffs, but you could even cook light meals here is you wanted to.
Only niggly complaint is the AC/Heat unit is louder than I wished. It would be nice if there was a lower fan speed setting to reduce the "whoosh" sound some.

Very good breakfast, much more selection than other hotels. It was hot and plentiful. The location was very central to everything including the beach/boardwalk.
The only major problem was the shower door bottom track leaked onto the floor when being used. Room 421.

The room was clean and comfortable.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best and the coffee didn't taste good. I'm not sure if it's the coffee itself or the water.

The bed and breakfast
We are seniors one night the elevators didn’t work and we had to walk three flights of stairs. The rooms were dirty. The couch was disgusting and there was 30 or 40 kids from a hockey team on our floor running up and down and up and down the hallway playing hockey.
