The location was close to UCSF. I had a surgical procedure scheduled the next day.
The price was very reasonable and it had free on-site parking.
There is no place to park on the street. When we pulled up to check in they had us wait to check in before parking our car. We ended up with $108 parking ticket for 10 minutes parking outside the hotel. We lost whatever value we had gained with the inexpensive room by having to pay the parking ticket.
They should absolutely have people park their cars immediately and not wait.

Excelente atención y ubicación, relación precios servicio muy bueno.

Close to public transport and the parking was good.
Reception staff were always friendly.
WiFi kept dropping out, which is extremely inconvenient for an overseas traveller.
We stayed in so many hostels, but this was the only place (and it's not even a hostel) that had locked TV channels, so we couldn't watch anything in English except the news.
The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Excellent, thank you. Wonderful staff, friendly and kind. The property is well-kept, spacious and cozy. Appreciate being able to keep my vehicle safe and secure in the locked garage. Easy access to gourmet coffee shop, walking distance to Whole Foods, Restaurants, and more. It felt safe staying here, and I would stay again. Other guests were friendly and seemingly as happy with their stay. It felt like a cozy home away from home. Thanks, again! All the best. With heart. ❤️
I wish I could have stayed longer. : )

It is good hotel with private parking.
There is few bars and restaurants around.
If you plan to use public transportation, you need to pass few blocks with homeless people.

The staff was very nice and friendly especially Esteban. (I think that was his name.). I was glad there was a garage as I had a rental car and needed to park.
I was not aware this is a motel. It’s not in a desirable part of town and I was very nervous when I first arrived as the entire block past the hotel was full of homeless people. There was no deadbolt on the door of the room. The room was clean enough.

.Sketchy area and bed wasn’t very comfortable. Elevator was broken.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Felt pretty secure.
Location is a district with a lot of homelessness and not very well kept part of the city. Bit dodgy at night. A small breakfast would add value for money.

Overall, the furnitures are aged.

Location is good.
Service is quite mediocre. The hotel accepted my request to provide 2 bottles of water upon my arrival. Yet, they gave me the keys to my room and it was NOT cleaned yet! And of course, they didn't provide the 2 bottles of water.
One day I arrived back to my room at 5PM and it was NOT cleaned yet. The housekeepers never came! Other times, the bed was not arranged properly.
One night they left me outside the hotel waiting for 5 minutes to open the door. It was 11PM and there are many homeless people around. This was NOT pleasant at all. When the person finally opened the door, they didn't even offer an apology.
Very uncomfortable stay.
Service is rather poor.
Cleaning service isn't very responsible or reliable.
WiFi is quite okay.
Not really a good value for money.
