Rooms around the pool area can be very noisy. Windows allow too much noise into the room.
No courtesy coffee bar. Very disappointing.

We had to switch rooms. Because the door did not lock. Which is ok. The ac in the new room dint turn off I tried to turn it it off it was so cold in the room everyone woke up with a sore throat. When I booked the hotel it said complimentary breakfast. I was told no by the lady in front of desk. I didn’t get her name but she was so mean to me when I asked it was embarrassing.
