Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed. Not overly glamorous, just right with coffee maker, a tv/remote that worked. Upgraded mini-split a/c that was easy to operate to keep the room at whatever temperature you set it at. Bed was so comfortable I didn't move at all during the night, shower had good pressure, and very well insulated. I didn't hear anything from the people around me or even the airport noise. Very peaceful despite being right next to the airport. The elevator was out of order but I had a ground floor room and it wasn't a concern. Variety of travelers and construction workers. I didn't hear anything outside of my room. Breakfast was good, hot eggs and sausage. Coffee was very good too. I will definitely be back in the spring!
The only suggestion would be to add instructions on how to use the remote for the ductless a/c. Many people don't know to aim the remote at the unit.

I don’t have any dislikes about the property

I stayed here in order to catch an early flight. The shuttle was ready when I got to the lobby at 4 am. The shuttle driver was awake and cheerful - quite a feat at 4 am. Coffee was good. Didn't stay for breakfast.
The hallway noise came right through the door. The bathroom area had some broken tiles. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to run the heat pump to cool the room. No elevator to the second floor.

Nice room and good staff, quiet and very comfortable stay.
Got up in the morning and the shower didn’t work. Only thing I disliked about the stay but brought it up at check out
